What does the managed service include?

It includes hosting on high-availability servers, complete installation and configuration, automatic updates, daily backups, support through an exclusive WhatsApp group created for your company, and complete system maintenance. You don't need to worry about the technical side.

What is POS and how does it work?

POS is a complete point-of-sale system for physical stores. We turn it into a managed service: we install, configure, maintain and provide support. Your inventory can sync in real-time with your online store if you have one.

Do I choose Retail OR Restaurant?

Yes, when you subscribe you choose whether you need Retail mode (shops, boutiques) or Restaurant mode (table management, orders). It's a choice based on your business type. If you have multiple locations with different models, contact us.

Is the price per location?

Yes, the system is licensed per location. If you have 3 stores with the SIMPLE plan, it would be $29,990 x 3 = $89,970/month + VAT. Use the price calculator to estimate your investment.

What is the support model?

For all plans, we create an exclusive WhatsApp group for your company. There you can ask questions, report issues, and receive help from our technical team.

Do I need to have an active online store?

Not necessarily. If you already have an online store, we can sync the inventory. If you don't have one, the POS works independently. If you want an online store, we can create one included in the setup.

Does it work without internet?

It requires an internet connection to work. It's a web system that syncs in real-time. We recommend having a stable connection or mobile backup.

Can I use my current hardware?

In most cases, yes. It works with standard ESC/POS thermal printers, USB/Bluetooth barcode readers, cash drawers, and any tablet, smartphone, or computer with a modern web browser.

What does the initial setup include?

It includes system installation, your store configuration, product import, printer and hardware configuration, basic team training, and WhatsApp support group setup.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you need without penalty. If you grow, upgrade to Pro or Full. If you need to reduce costs, you can downgrade.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

The service is suspended at the end of the paid period. Your data remains on our servers for 30 days in case you want to reactivate. If you have an integrated online store, it remains yours and fully functional.

Are there additional costs?

The monthly plan includes everything: hosting, system, support, updates. If you need specific customizations (special integrations, custom development), that's quoted separately.
